IT Health Check
Is your technology holding your business back?
one local team handling everything
Your business has grown, but has your technology kept up?
That server from 2018. The wireless network that drops out during video calls. The backup system no one’s checked in months.
You know something needs attention, but where do you start? What’s actually urgent versus what can wait?
Our IT Health Check gives you clear answers. One of our local technicians will visit your business, assess your current setup, and deliver a straightforward report that tells you exactly what’s working, what’s not, and what needs immediate attention.
No tech jargon. No pressure to buy anything. Just honest advice about your technology so you can make smart decisions as your business grows.
Single onsite visit up to one hour, with 15 minutes travel time. Additional time or travel will be charged separately. Visit excludes any repair work.

What's Included
We’ll also talk about where your business is heading so we can recommend technology that supports your growth, not just fixes today’s problems.
You’ll get a clear report that breaks everything down by priority: what’s fine, what needs attention soon, and what requires urgent action. Each recommendation includes why it matters and rough costs so you can plan accordingly.
The Visit: One hour onsite with up to 15 minutes travel time included. If we need longer or travel further, we’ll let you know the additional cost upfront. This visit is assessment only – any actual work will be quoted separately if you choose to proceed.
The Report: Based on what we can see during the visit and information from your team. If systems are inaccessible or information is missing, it may affect the completeness of our assessment.
Payment: Charged to your Spark account and appears on your monthly Spark bill. $249 plus GST, with any additional travel charges clearly itemised. Standard Local Technology and Spark business terms apply.
